Fruits Gelee | Pomegranate and Watermelon

猛暑を通り越して、、

『酷暑』が続いていますね。
今日がピークと言われていますが8月は平年を上回る暑さというので、、
えぇぇ~、
これは毎年の事。
もう東京では涼しい夏は今後経験できないのではないかな?

これだけ暑くなると作りたくなるのはやはり『冷たいお菓子』。

先日作った、、

ざくろ『ざくろフルーツジュレ』
ざくろのジュースを使ったフルーツジュレ。
フルーツはマンゴ、パインナップル、バナナ、アンズ、キウイ、ブルーベリー

すいか『スイカとブルーベリーのジュレ』
甘いスイカの生ジュースを100%使ったフルーツジュレ。
ブルーベリーを飾り程度に入れています。

Fruit Gelee Recipe

Pearl Agar:::::::: 17.5g

Sugar::::75g

Water::::700g

Fruit Juice::::125g

I’ve used Fresh Pomegranate Juice and Watermelon Juice for the other version.

Pomegranate Version : Fresh Pomegranate Juice, Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Apricot, Kiwi, Blueberry

Watermelon Version : Blueberry & Sweet Fresh Watermelon Juice

  1. <Prepare the Agar> Dissolve the Agar with water adding the sugar and bring to boil. Let is cool.
  2. <Prepare the Fruit> Any kind of fruit to your liking. Cut the fruit into small pieces and decorate as to your own creativity.
  3. <Setting it with Agar> Agar sets quickly at room temperature. Once the gelatine is set, refrigerate it and serve ultra-cool.
