Apple Cinnamon Bread | アップル シナモン ブレッド

Another one of my most simple….breakfast breads.

There’s nothing to it.

Just mix and blend but the apples and cinnamon make a well combination to savor it for breakfast over a warm cup of hot coffee or hot latte.

Try it!!!

Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe –
【Dry Ingredients】

  • 375g Flour
  • 1 + 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 ~ 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

【Wed Ingredients】

  • 100g Brown Sugar (substitute maple syrup)
  • 3 large egg
  • 170g Milk
  • 100g Rapeseed Oil

【Fruit】

  • 2 mediums size apples
  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ / 350F.
  1. Peel and cut the apples into small sizes.
  1. Combine the dry ingredients and sift well.
  1. With a mixer – beat the sugar and egg until the mixture is thick and heavy. Add the rapeseed oil and milk slowly the oil combines well into the mixture without separating.
  1. With a spatula – add the flour in several portiions and then the apples. Blend well.
  1. Transfer the mixture in a well battered baking tin (kugelhoph baking tin) and spread the mixture with a spatula.
  1. Bake for about 50~60 minutes, sticking and testing with a screwer to see if there are no uncooked mixture. (Reduce the heat if the top starts to burn too fast)

Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe アップルシナモンブレッド

  • 薄力粉・・・・・・・・375g
  • シナモン・・・・・・・大さじ1〜2 好みで
  • ベーキングパウダー・・小さじ1.5
  • 塩・・・・・・・・・・ひとつまみ
  • 卵・・・・・・・・3個
  • 砂糖・・・・・・・100g (メープルシロップを代用するこも可)
  • 菜種油・・・・・100g
  • 牛乳・・・・・・・170g
  • りんご・・・・・・小2個(ゴールデンデリシャスなど)

①オーブンは180°に予熱。りんごは皮を剥いて一口大に切っておく。

②卵に砂糖(メープルシロップ)を加えて良く混ぜる。泡立てる必要はないので、滑らかに混ざれば大丈夫。

③菜種油とミルクを加えて混ぜる。

④粉類を加える。半分位混ざったところで、りんごも加えて粉が見えなくなるまで丁寧に混ぜます。

⑤型に入れ約50分〜60分 低温で焼く。

(最初は180℃で様子を見ながら160℃に下げていきます)
