‘Curry’craving….heat recovery food?|

During the ‘hot’ summer months, more or less….during the continuous hot days, the side effect to me is a loss of appetite. To help the appetite, ‘curry’ is one of the common menu which appears on our dinner table. The choice is most likely a psychological effect, the brain telling the mind to retain stamina,  ‘chilli food, hot food’ helps circulation of blood.

In my kitchen, making curry and it’s ingredients vary considerably. It all depends on what is available in my refrigerator or vegetables leftover to finish off.

The simple curries are easily made.

The simplest is probably ‘the Keema Curry’ which is made from mince meat (pork/beef combined).

The trick is simple. However you make it….

LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT IT THE NEXT DAY.
