Trying to get back into the baking mode. ‘July 17th Sunday Bakery’, which most will be sent to my parent’s house where then be collected by my sister and brother and into the different avenues, stomach of my nieces and nephew. (lol)
Fresh apricots only come around in June for a bare three or two weeks in June. Since I was absent from a two week vacation this year, I asked whether the apricot farm can store the last batch of the fruit and send it to me when I returned back to Japan in early July. They were kind enough to do so. Apricot jam is my husband’s favorite jam so dare not miss the timing. Good job!!!! Vacations are meant for relaxing and ‘do whatever you feel the day you wake up’. Not much plans during our Honolulu vacation but since we brought out trekking shoes all the way from home, so we decided to take a walk at ‘Manoa Falls (マノアの滝)’
I’m on an early summer vacation at Honolulu thus my blogging habits has again gone sluggish. It’s been almost a decade since my last visit but the weather, the wind, the air; all seems forever lasting.
